After passing through the columned entrance, guests are often greeted by brothers and owners George and Frank Photopoulos. While they are busy making guests feel at home at the front of the house, third brother and owner Greg Photopoulos is in the kitchen preparing the delicious, classical Greek cuisine. Needless to say, their parents Toula and Panos have a lot to be proud of. On the weekdays, they can often be found at their restaurant, The French Quarter, in uptown Charlotte.
