Panos flew in a friend from Greece, Andreas, head chef at a five-star resort in Crete, who agreed to assist in assembling the menu and finalizing the kitchen set-up. Between Toula, who is known for her splendid Greek dishes, and Andreas, the Greek Isles' menu and the Photopoulos' dream came into fruition.
